#11 Pictured below is a mini cleaver I made from a billet of Alabama Damascus, profiled, flat ground, heat treated and acid etched in my shop. the blade is approx. 3/16 inch thick, 2 1/4" tall and 3 1/2" long.
the handle is stabilized Black Ash with black liners, nickel silver pins and lanyard hole.
this mini cleaver comes with a leather sheath but as with all my knives, I do not recommend keeping them sheathed for extremely long periods of time due to the chemicals used in tanning of leather. $ 300.00

# 5 Pictured below is a drop point skinner with a 1075 high carbon blade, heat treated to 60-61 on the Rockwell C scale as tested. being that high carbon has a tendency to darken or blacken over time from cutting acidic foods called a patina, I used a process to force a patina on the blade in the shape of small circles as a decorative feature.
The handle is black and brown G10, withred fiber optic pins.
The blade is approx. 3-3/4" and the handle is approx. 4.5" $265.00
